Build your career
in aged care

Caring is more than a job, it’s a calling

As part of the Radius Care group, at RConnect caring is our calling too. We are focused on the highest quality of aged care for New Zealand’s elders, and we know that great nurses are the cornerstone of exceptional care.

We believe our nurses are the gold standard for our sector, both in competence and passion. And there is a reason why our nurses choose to stay with us, because the care we provide to our patients, is the same care and respect that we extend to each other as team members.

Through RConnect, our nurses have the opportunity to choose roles in main centres and regions across New Zealand either on a casual, part time, or a permanent full time basis, ensuring that your career can adapt to meet your lifestyle. Just let us know the type of role you’re looking for and your preferred location, and we’ll let you know the roles we have available that suit your requirements.
